About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-time Administrator to join our Recruitment Team at Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our recruiters, ensuring the smooth operation of our hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to recruiters, including screening enquiries, managing candidate databases, and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist in designing and coordinating group interviews, campaigns, and events (Apprenticeships, Graduates, Careers Fairs).
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with recruitment agencies and Hiring Managers.
  • Utilize Excel to track and analyze data, ensuring accurate reporting and target achievement.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and computer skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload to achieve targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
