About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-time Administrator to join our Recruitment Team at Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our recruiters, ensuring the smooth operation of our hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to recruiters, including screening enquiries and requests, and liaising with recruitment agencies.
  • Assist in designing and coordinating group interviews and campaigns, including Apprenticeships, Graduates, and Careers Fairs.
  • Organize and prioritize workload to achieve targets, utilizing excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including recruiters and hiring managers.
Requirements
  • Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel.
