Social Care Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Care Practitioner to join our team at Caithness Voluntary Group. As a Social Care Practitioner, you will work closely with service users and their families to provide high-quality care and support in the community.
About the Role:- Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to service users.
- Assist with medication management and monitoring health-related conditions.
- Support service users with daily living tasks such as meal preparation and household chores.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring nature, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in social care is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Salary: £23,400 - £25,545 per annum (£12.00-£13.10 hourly)
