Social Justice Practitioner

Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking a Social Justice Practitioner to join their prison-based social work service.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering statutory social work services, risk assessments, case planning, and provision of duty service.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the complexities of the prison system and a commitment to promoting social justice.
The salary range for this position is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The role requires:
- Risk assessments and management of prisoners convicted of schedule 1 offences
- Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
