Job Description

SACRO is looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Social Care Coordinator to join our Peer-Led Service Development team. The successful candidate will work with young people who offend, developing and delivering programmes to address behavioural issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with young people who offend and knowledge of psychosocial and psychological interventions. They will collaborate with the Recovery Oriented Justice team to provide specialist support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver Behavioural change programmes for young people.
  • Work closely with the Recovery Oriented Justice team to provide additional support.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including youth justice professionals and community partners.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification at SVQ level 3 or equivalent (training will be provided).
  • Experience in Social Care would be beneficial.
  • A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle with appropriate business insurance.

Salary and Benefits:

  • $50,000 - $60,000 per annum.
  • 25 days annual leave allowance.
