Domiciliary Care Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domiciliary Care Service Coordinator to join our team at Shonacareltd. As a key member of our care services, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality personal care services to clients within their own homes.
Main Responsibilities- Shift Coordination: Take charge of the shift while on duty and ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Client Needs Assessment: Meet the physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs of clients using a person-centered approach.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain open communication with other professional staff to implement effective care plans.
- Qualification: Hold a relevant qualification such as SVQ2, HNC in Health and Social Care, or equivalent.
- Driving License: Possess a valid driving license and access to a vehicle is required.
- Right to Work: Provide proof of right to work in the UK.
- PVG Registration: Satisfy requirements for Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) application and register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within six months of commencement.
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
