About the Role

SACRO is seeking a Restorative Justice Practitioner to join our Youth Offending Services team. The successful candidate will work with young people who offend, providing programmes to address behavioural issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with young people who offend and knowledge of psychosocial and psychological interventions. They will work closely with the Recovery Oriented Justice team to provide specialist support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Restorative Justice and Behavioural change programmes to young people.
  • Collaborate with the Recovery Oriented Justice team to provide additional support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including youth justice professionals and community partners.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification at SVQ level 3 or equivalent (training will be provided).
  • Experience in Social Care would be beneficial.
  • A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle with appropriate business insurance.

Salary and Benefits:

  • $55,000 - $65,000 per annum.
  • 31 days annual leave allowance.
