They operate from their premises in London, offering a range of services including Contract Scaffolding, Emergency Response & Dangerous Structures, Fabrication Works, Transport & Logistics, and Specialist Works.

Due to their continued success, our client now seeks an experienced Design Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and overseeing the implementation of scaffolding structures to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in various construction and maintenance projects.

**Job Description**

  • Hybrid working arrangement allowing for flexibility
  • 28 days of holiday (including bank holidays and Christmas shutdown)
  • Working hours: 7am-5pm (can be flexible)
  • Potential to earn a yearly bonus based on performance

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Evaluating designs to ensure they meet the client's requirements as well as relevant structural quality and safety standards
  • Extensive experience in construction design, encompassing access scaffolding, temporary works, and scaffold design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
  • Able to modify previous designs to accommodate evolving project requirements

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Design Engineer
  • Scaffolding experience
  • IT literacy

**Salary:** £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
