Sales Growth and Partnerships Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious sales professional to join our team as a Sales Growth and Partnerships Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and drive revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is up to £45,000, based on relevant experience, performance bonuses, and a competitive benefits package. Additionally, we offer a hybrid working structure, including 3 days office-based work, full-time office-based onboarding, and opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Collaborating with internal divisions to develop and implement innovative sales strategies.

This role requires prior experience in business development, preferably in a search/recruitment or related field.
