Our client is a well-established Investment firm located near Green Park station.
Job Description
- This is a full-time Reception position with Assistant duties to support a team of 3.
- You will take charge of FOH, ensuring smooth running, Reception duties and Assistant support when needed.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting all guests in the office.
- Ensuring everyone entering the office gets a warm and friendly welcome.
- Health and Safety and Fire Warden duties.
- Work closely with the Office Manager to assist with any facilities duties that need doing.
- Provide PA support to a team of three junior Associates.
Salary and Benefits
A competitive salary between £35,000 - £45,000 per annum and an amazing package with great benefits and a bonus structure.
Requirements
High standards, a team player, bright, thinks ahead, and able to help around the office when required.
