Graduate Events Specialist Private Equity

A leading private equity company based in London is looking for a skilled Graduate Events Specialist to join their team.
Job DescriptionThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging and rewarding role, working closely with the Head of Communications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of events, including virtual conferences, client dinners, and global forums.
Responsibilities- Plan and execute 100+ specialist webinars as part of the company's virtual events programme.
- Manage the day-to-day logistics of custom-built in-house events and client dinners.
- Assist in the planning and execution of global events, potentially involving travel.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in event coordination or a related field.
- Excellent administration and organisation skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and PowerPoint.
The salary for this role is between £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
