We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Residential Care Leader for a small, high-quality residential home in the Plymouth area.

The home provides care to residents with dementia, and we are looking for a qualified leader who has prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy.

The successful candidate will have:

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent qualifications
  • Prior experience in older people's or dementia care homes
  • Strong staff management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to deliver outstanding person-centred care

The Residential Care Leader can expect a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to residents with dementia.
