Job Overview:

Livewell Southwest CIC is seeking an experienced Psychological Services Manager to join our CAMHS team in Plymouth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of high-quality psychological services to children and young people with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of clinical psychologists and other professionals to deliver evidence-based psychological interventions.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective service delivery and quality improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with other stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support for children and families.

Requirements:
  • Clinical experience as a child clinical psychologist during or after training.
  • Leadership experience in a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum depending on experience.
