About the Role

The University System of NH is seeking a dedicated Psychological Services Coordinator to join our team at the Counseling Center. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality mental health services to students.

Job Description
  • This position involves coordinating and implementing programs and services that promote student success and well-being, including individual and group counseling sessions and crisis response.
  • The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in counseling, psychology or related discipline, and two years of full-time licensed counseling experience in a mental health agency or counseling center.
  • A New Hampshire license or license eligible as a mental health professional is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement programs and services that promote student success and well-being, working closely with colleagues across the university.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and external stakeholders to advance the mission of the Counseling Center.
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions, using evidence-based approaches to address student concerns and challenges.
  • Assist with crisis response and emergency situations, ensuring timely and effective support to students in need.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to confidentiality and professional standards.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $62,000 - $71,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, retirement, tuition, and paid time off.
