About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team at Logic Recruiting. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling properties to high net worth clients, including medical professionals, bankers, and celebrities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound enquiries from high net worth individuals
- Understand investor objectives and respond accordingly
- Efficiently respond to warm leads using all means of communication
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Closing property investment deals to a mix of clients and investors
- Discussing hot / warm sales leads with Manager and Team Leader
Requirements:
- A proactive mentality is a must
- Strong sales skills and ability to negotiate are essential
- Ability to build rapport with others in a short period of time, finding common ground and being able to genuinely connect with people
- Strong communication skills, ensuring everyone is communicated with thoroughly and efficiently throughout all processes
- Positive mindset and upbeat attitude, bringing value to both clients and the sales team
- Experience within sales is essential, however a positive attitude to picking up the phone and communicating with people is key
