About the Role

We are seeking an HR Undergraduate Placement to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations and providing proactive administration and project support across the Talent & Development and Internal Communications teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Support the development and production of accurate, timely, and meaningful data analysis and reporting to the people team and wider business
  • Assist in the administration of HR systems and processes
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a university student who is eligible to work full-time in the UK for twelve months from June 2025. You should be on a sandwich degree or course which offers a one-year industrial placement.
