About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR Undergraduate Placement Coordinator. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and growth of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the People Operations team, including coordinating recruitment processes and managing employee data.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address talent development needs.
  • Support the creation and delivery of training programs and workshops to develop employee skills and knowledge.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £23,000 per annum.
  • A new car every six months (subject to a full, clean UK driving license).

Requirements:

What's Next?

Once you have applied, you will be asked to complete numerical assessment and situational judgement assessments. If successful, you will be invited to an online video interview, followed by a face-to-face assessment centre. This process is designed to help us both determine if a placement here is the right fit for you.
