HR Undergraduate Placement

At Volkswagen Group, we're committed to attracting and retaining top talent to drive our business ambitions in the UK automotive industry. As an HR Undergraduate Placement, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our People Operations team.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support, advising managers on HR policies, and contributing to talent development and communications initiatives. You'll also assist in developing and producing data analysis and reporting to enhance our HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. People Operations: You'll serve as the first point of contact for the business, offering guidance on HR queries and policies to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  2. Talent, Development and Communications: In this role, you'll provide proactive support across the Talent & Development and Internal Communications teams, driving initiatives that foster a positive work environment.
  3. People Data: You'll support the development of accurate, timely, and meaningful data analysis and reporting to inform our HR strategy and provide valuable insights.
