At Volkswagen Group, we're committed to attracting and retaining top talent to drive our business ambitions in the UK automotive industry. As an HR Undergraduate Placement, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our People Operations, Talent Development, and Communications teams.
About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support, data analysis, and project coordination. You'll work closely with our managers to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, develop and produce accurate data analysis and reporting, and support the enhancement of our HR strategy.
What You'll Gain- People Operations: You'll advise our managers on policies and procedures, ensuring the efficient management of our workforce.
- Talent, Development and Communications: You'll provide proactive support to our Talent & Development and Internal Communications teams, helping to drive our business objectives.
- People Data: You'll develop and produce meaningful data analysis and reporting, informing our HR strategy and decision-making.
We offer a competitive salary of £23,000, a new car every six months, 27 days' holiday, a discretionary bonus, pension scheme, employee well-being support, and on-site restaurant and shopping discounts. Our placement is open to university students eligible to work full-time in the UK for twelve months from June 2025. You should be on a sandwich degree or course offering a one-year industrial placement. We require our undergraduates to be based within a reasonable distance from our Milton Keynes head office.
