As an HR Undergraduate Placement, you'll play a key role in supporting our People Operations team, providing administrative assistance and project support across Talent & Development and Internal Communications.
Key responsibilities include:
- People Operations: You'll serve as the first point of contact for the business, advising managers on queries and policies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Talent, Development and Communications: In this role, you'll provide proactive administration and project support to enhance our HR strategy and provide people data insights.
- People Data: You'll support in developing and producing accurate, timely, and meaningful data analysis and reporting to inform our HR decisions.
We offer a competitive salary of £23,000, a new car every six months, 27 days' holiday, a discretionary bonus, pension scheme, employee well-being support, and on-site restaurant and shopping discounts.
This placement is open to university students eligible to work full-time in the UK for twelve months from June 2025. You should be on a sandwich degree or course offering a one-year industrial placement.
We require our undergraduates to be based within a reasonable distance from our Milton Keynes head office to maintain a good work-life balance.
