We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR Undergraduate Placement Coordinator. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and growth of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the People Operations team, including coordinating recruitment processes and managing employee data.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address talent development needs.
- Support the creation and delivery of training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £23,000 per annum.
- A new car every six months (subject to a full, clean UK driving license).
- 27 days' holiday per annum, plus bank holidays.

What's Next?
Once you have applied, you will be asked to complete numerical assessment and situational judgement assessments. If successful, you will be invited to an online video interview, followed by a face-to-face assessment centre.
