About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Support the development and production of accurate, timely, and meaningful data analysis and reporting to the people team and wider business
  • Assist in the administration of HR systems and processes
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives

Requirements

We require our undergraduates to be based within a reasonable distance from our Milton Keynes head office to ensure a good work-life balance.
