Paediatric Healthcare Support Specialist

Salary & BenefitsPayscale: £26,200 - £28,950 per annum (based on average annual hours worked)
We offer a competitive hourly rate between £14 - 17.93 p/hr, inclusive of holiday pay, which accumulates per hour worked. This is based on the varying shift patterns, including day shifts, night shifts, and weekends.
In addition to our attractive salary package, we provide enhanced rates for weekend and bank holidays, paid holidays, company pension scheme, and access to our Carer Recognition scheme. Employees can also benefit from our Refer a Friend scheme, earning up to £150 for carers or £500 for Registered Nurses.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable healthcare professionals to join our dynamic team as Paediatric Healthcare Support Specialists. Successful candidates will be expected to work independently, providing high-quality care to clients across Southwark area.
Our ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of previous care experience, although full training, supervision, and support will be provided to all successful applicants. The role involves working varied shifts, including 5-hour day shifts and 10-hour night shifts, often requiring minimal travel between locations.
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a good standard of English, and be able to adapt to different situations quickly. A DBS check is required upon registration, and employees must be willing to undergo ongoing clinical support and development within our bespoke onsite and in-house training program.
