Job Overview:

This role involves working closely with our clients and their families to provide tailored care and support. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, administering medications, and providing emotional support to children with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to children with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Flexibility on travel - some shifts may require driving or accessing public transport
  • A good standard of English and ability to communicate effectively
  • An enhanced DBS, which can be applied for upon registration
