Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Senior Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing clinical leadership and expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deputising for the Lead Psychologist: You will be responsible for deputising for the Lead Psychologist in their absence, ensuring continuity of care and leadership.
  • Service Development: You will take a key role in service development, working closely with our clients to design and implement effective mental health services.
  • Line Management: You will be responsible for line managing a team of psychologists, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Clinical Supervision: You will provide robust clinical supervision and support to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver effective interventions.
  • Evidence-Based Practice: You will provide evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions to patients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Professional Development: You will contribute to the professional development of the team, providing training and guidance on best practice.
  • Audit and Research: You will contribute to audit and research initiatives, working closely with our clients to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You will have significant experience working in a mental health setting, with a strong background in clinical psychology.
  • Skills: You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Qualifications: You will be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and hold a relevant postgraduate qualification in clinical psychology.
