About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Priory Group. As a Senior Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to our patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of psychologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive psychological services to patients.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to address the complex needs of our patients.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning and ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other evidence-based approaches.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field.
- HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a forensic mental health setting.
- Experience in leading a team and managing complex cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
