Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team of psychologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive psychological services to patients.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based psychological interventions to address the complex needs of patients.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide clinical supervision and training to junior staff members.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to psychological services.

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field.
  • HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
  • Experience working with patients with complex mental health needs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
