Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Key Account Administrator to join our team in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls and emails from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service delivery at every touch point.
Main Responsibilities- Manage Key Account Customer administration and support functions, adhering to the company's policies and procedures.
- Develop close working relationships with Key Account Managers, Area Support Managers, and local cell teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
- Strong organizational skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A competitive basic salary of £20,645, rising to around £22,500 after April 1st.
