Accounting and Administrative Support Position Available

Estimated Salary:$28,000 - $32,000 per annum (part-time)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Accounting and Administrative Support professional to join our team in Leeds. This part-time role involves working Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 2:30pm, with occasional flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the finance team in managing monthly and annual financial records.
  2. Conduct regular balance sheet reconciliations, focusing on inventory and work-in-progress.
  3. Prepare and process sales invoices, as well as analyzing customer rebates and sales performance.
  4. Examine key expense items compared to budget and past periods, highlighting areas for cost reduction.
  5. Fill in for holidays or absences in the Credit Control department.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong telephone presence. You should be highly self-motivated and efficient in managing tasks and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant accounting software is required.
