Job Title: Head of Compliance Advisory - EMEA

Shell is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Compliance Advisory team in the EMEA region. As a key member of the Shell Energy Compliance Leadership Team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on compliance matters to our EMEA Shell Energy businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide independent challenge and advice on compliance obligations and risks to EMEA Shell Energy businesses.
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective compliance risk management.
  • Manage and coordinate compliance activities across the EMEA region.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in a senior compliance role, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks in the EMEA region.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
