Shell is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Compliance Advisory - EMEA to join our team. As a key member of the Compliance Leadership Team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on compliance matters to the EMEA Shell Energy businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide independent challenge and advice on compliance obligations and risks to the EMEA Shell Energy businesses.
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Leadership Team to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to the EMEA Shell Energy businesses on compliance matters.
  • Manage and coordinate compliance activities across the EMEA region.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in a senior compliance role, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance laws in the EMEA region.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
