Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Advisory Head to join our team at RBC BlueBay. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Compliance Advisory team in the UK, ensuring that our business operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Compliance Advisory team in the UK, ensuring that our business operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs and policies to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure that compliance requirements are integrated into business operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments, and ensure that our compliance programs are aligned with these changes.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in compliance and regulatory affairs, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UK and international regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
