About the Role:

Skanska, a leading global development and construction company, seeks a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our Commercial Property Maintenance team in London. The successful candidate will oversee a team of engineers, ensuring high standards of performance and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and manage a team of engineers to achieve operational delivery performance and maintain contract obligations.
  2. Manage client and building user expectations, aiming for consistently high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships.
  3. Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), utilizing resources effectively to achieve targets.
  4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality procedures on site.
  5. Identify and pursue additional business opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  6. Assist senior management with any additional duties as required.

Requirements:

  1. Qualification in an engineering discipline at NVQ level or higher.
  2. Essential experience in electrical engineering and 17th/18th edition qualifications.
  3. Proven experience in FM service delivery, with knowledge of health and safety legislation and some understanding of COSHH.
  4. Excellent communication and project management skills.
  5. Prior experience with Concept E Logbooks systems is advantageous.
