Job Responsibilities

  • Commercial Strategy Development: Develop and implement robust commercial strategies to optimise profitability and control costs.
  • Contract Management: Oversee the administration and execution of the highways maintenance term contract, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and efficient resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the commercial team to achieve strategic and financial goals.
  • Negotiation and Dispute Resolution: Manage contract negotiation, variations, claims, and dispute resolution to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Financial Planning: Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and regular financial reports for senior management.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to highways maintenance projects.


Skill Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a Senior Commercial Manager in highways maintenance or infrastructure projects.
  2. Expertise in contract negotiation, cost management, and risk mitigation.
  3. Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to solve complex commercial challenges.
  4. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related field.
