We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our esteemed team on a Highways Term Maintenance contract in London. This is a high-profile freelance opportunity for a seasoned QS with a strong background in highways maintenance.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing all commercial aspects of the highways term maintenance contract, including cost forecasting, risk management, and budget control for projects. They will also conduct valuations, prepare and present accurate monthly reports, and oversee financial processes.

To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within highways or infrastructure maintenance, along with knowledge of NEC contracts (a plus). Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as detail-oriented with excellent financial acumen and analytical skills.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
