Job Title: Highway Maintenance Manager

Location: Staffordshire, UK

We are seeking an experienced Highway Maintenance Manager to lead our team in delivering top-tier maintenance and construction services for the Staffordshire network. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will work closely with our client, Staffordshire County Council, to ensure compliance with H&S, Environmental, Quality, Transport, and Depots standards.

The successful candidate will have extensive senior leadership experience in highway maintenance or related fields, strong knowledge of HSEQ compliance and industry best practices, and exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

This is a full-time position based in our offices in Tipping Street, ST16 2DH. The estimated salary for this role is £70,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to ensure compliance in H&S, Environmental, Quality, Transport, & Depots.
  • Identify and mitigate performance and compliance risks.
  • Ensure strict adherence to contractual, industry, and regulatory standards.
