About the Role

The Senior Associate Field Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for the efficient execution of client projects. This includes managing project logistics, scheduling, and budgeting, as well as ensuring accurate costing and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project specifications and ensure thorough briefing on project requirements
  • Develop and manage project schedules, logistics, and details in writing to project teams
  • Manage project recruiting, ensuring consistent progress, quality recruits, and workable solutions to challenges
  • Track project budgets and monitor/vendor invoices accordingly
  • Provide support to project teams and vendors on project execution and problem-solving

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Market Research, Social Sciences, or Psychology
  • Proven experience in managing qualitative research methodologies, including focus groups, in-depth interviews, and ethnographic studies
  • Minimum of 1 year project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with participants, clients, and internal teams
