Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at Field Energy. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our growing portfolio of energy assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the commercial operation of our energy assets, ensuring optimal performance and revenue generation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve asset availability and minimize ancillary services penalties.
  • Optimize commercial performance by continuously improving our 3rd party optimizers and negotiating improvement to fixed costs.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance of our assets and chair monthly asset management reviews to report performance to the Senior Leadership Team.
Requirements
  • Experience of managing a portfolio of operational energy assets.
  • Strong understanding of the GB electricity market and BESS technology.
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to work in partnership with asset managers.
