About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at Sandstone Care Group. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with Autism in our specialist setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to support staff in delivering person-centered care and support
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the highest standards of care
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in a care setting
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a similar specialist setting (adults' Autism, learning disabilities, complex behavioral needs)
  • Currently hold or be willing to undertake Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Full valid UK driving license with willingness to travel occasionally within the region as required
