About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our Residential Services team at Autism Together. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized care plans to our service users, supporting them in their daily lives and promoting their health, welfare, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support service users with daily activities, appointments, and personal care needs
  • Lead shifts in a Residential Service under the direction of the Residential Home Manager and Registered Manager
  • Work collaboratively with the Residential Home Manager to ensure the health, welfare, and emotional development of service users
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
