About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our Residential team at Autism Together. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized care plans to our service users, supporting them in their daily lives and promoting their health, welfare, and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with their daily activities, appointments, and personal care needs.
- Take responsibility for shift leading in a Residential Service under the direction of the Residential Home Manager and Registered Manager.
- Work collaboratively with the Residential Home Manager to ensure the health, welfare, and emotional development of our service users.
