About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our Residential team at Autism Together. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support and care to individuals with autism.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for leading shifts and supporting the Residential Home Manager in ensuring the health, welfare, and emotional development of the people we support. You will work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting independence and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and support the Residential Home Manager in ensuring the health, welfare, and emotional development of the people we support.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting independence and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality support and care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all.
  • Support individuals with daily activities, appointments, and personal care needs, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Take responsibility for shift leading, ensuring a smooth and efficient handover to colleagues.
