About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Clinical Support Worker to join our Dermatology team at Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients with a wide range of dermatological conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development of services and ensure the effective and efficient use of resources.
  • Manage and maintain equipment as appropriate within Wirral NHS guidelines.
  • Participate in patient and public involvement activities.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in a related subject or NVQ Level 2 with significant experience.
  • Care Certificate or completion of Care Certificate in post.
  • Completed clinical competencies for clinical tasks and procedures as appropriate.
  • Experience working in a clinical environment.
