Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Account Partner to join our team at Dow Jones. As a Client Account Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing an effective relationship management plan for new and existing clients and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic relationship management plan to position Dow Jones as the partner of choice for media solutions.
  • Support a majority of strategic accounts, defined by our customer segmentation, and provide consultative interactions to drive revenue growth.
  • Serve as a mentor and coach to junior sellers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to meet client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Dow Jones remains competitive in the market.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of client sales experience, with prior advertising sales or consulting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • Deep knowledge of the digital media market and the ability to respond effectively to market direction, client needs, and competition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel, as required.
