Client Account Partner

Publicis Sapient, a global leader in Digital Business Transformation, is seeking a seasoned Client Partner to join our elite Client team. As a key member of our Retail industry-focused team, you will leverage the depth and breadth of our portfolio and the value-add of our extended capabilities through Publicis Groupe to identify new opportunities, buying centers, and innovative ways to help our clients evolve for a more digital-enabled future.
Your Key Responsibilities- Lead our relationship with a small number of high-value clients, acting as their Publicis Sapient lead and ensuring profitable year-over-year growth through delivering exceptional outcomes.
- Own the relationship with each client, delivering on agreed sales and revenue targets through growth in existing and new opportunities.
- Foster deep relationships with customer C-suite through thought leadership and strategic partnerships.
- Shape proposals and negotiate agreements focused on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for Publicis Sapient and its clients.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our GTM offerings and solutions, brand and network building, cross-client line of businesses, and industry trends.
- Report on monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and ensure account planning meets defined commercial goals.
- Be the point of escalation for clients, ensuring delivery expectations and overall client satisfaction by orchestrating relevant delivery stakeholders.
- Advocate for clients internally and ensure all opportunities are accurately reflected and forecasted in the Publicis Sapient pipeline to provide visibility and cross-sell opportunities with all practices, capabilities, and alliance partner teams.
- Cross-sell across our horizontals, services, solutions, and capabilities.
- Demonstrate a high level of performance and results in goal achievement, account management, people and diversity development, business/financial/technical specialization, innovations, and contributions to the Publicis Sapient Growth Force Community.
- Manage internal stakeholders and build a dedicated and virtual team of experts to match our offerings to client priorities.
- Contribute to the Global Client Partner community, supporting best practices, case studies, and education.
