Job Title: Client Account Partner

Deliveroo is seeking a Client Account Partner to join our UKI Commercial team in the Chinese Category. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Chinese restaurants across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Commercial Account Managers and Business Development Managers to achieve sales targets and grow the Chinese Category.
  • Work closely with regional commercial teams, technology, marketing, and partnerships to maximize and grow the Category.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with restaurants to achieve the best outcomes for Deliveroo and grow the partners' business.
  • Deliver large commercial programs by working across regional, commercial, and project teams.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales and commercial experience in a similar market and industry.
  • Fluent Mandarin speaker.
  • Experienced manager with a track record of managing direct teams and achieving targets.
  • Commercially knowledgeable with a deep understanding of the economics of food delivery.
  • Effective relationship-building and communication skills.
