Client Account Partner

We're on a mission to revolutionize the way customers shop, and we need a talented Retail Client Partner to join our team. As a key member of our UKI Retail team, you'll play a crucial role in building and managing relationships with our most important retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the growth and development of your categories, focusing on new business acquisition and category expansion.
- Develop and implement a B2B partner-focused plan, driving creative solutions to complex problems.
- Manage a team of Account Managers, coaching them to maximize account potential and working collaboratively with colleagues in operations and marketing.
- Own the contract negotiation and renewal process, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Support Deliveroo's business leaders in setting the commercial strategy and partner value proposition for your segments.
- Proven business performance record, with a successful track record of revenue growth in account-facing roles.
- Excellent commercial skills, with a go-getter attitude and passion for shaping a high-performing team culture.
- Experience in managing complex partners or portfolios, including high-value commercial negotiations.
