Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Civil Engineering Contractor. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in residential groundworks and will be responsible for managing commercial aspects of projects across the North region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience and progress their career with a reputable construction company. You will work alongside our production team to ensure contractual control and cost management across various projects.
The role involves exposure to the full project life cycle, from initial enquiry through to delivery. You will be office and site-based, covering the North region. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all commercial aspects of projects
- Ensuring highest standards to maintain the company's strong reputation
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £32-60,000, car allowance, discretionary bonus, and 25 days holiday. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, agile environment based between Stafford and Warrington offices.
