Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This role offers a unique chance to work in a fast-paced environment, managing commercial aspects of projects from initial enquiry through to delivery.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring contractual control and cost management across various projects in the North region. You will work closely with our production team to achieve high standards and maintain the company's strong reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all commercial aspects of projects, including contractual control and cost management.

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with residential groundworks experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage commercial aspects of projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
Benefits:
- Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
