Desired Qualifications
  • Relevant degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • Proven track record in Contract Management, Cost Management, and Change Management.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, including different procurement routes and value engineering principles.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000, offering a competitive compensation package that reflects the importance of your role.
